What a fantastic idea! So cleanly and practically presented. Definitely going to create one now. Your prose had a pleasantly welcoming tone which felt more like a soft recommendation rather than being 'told'. I was especially interested in the idea of 'refusal' as a point of priority; what we don't like is just as important as what we do; the positive does not supersede the negative. Perhaps society in general focuses too heavily on the former? We seem quite obsessed over what we love, what brings us pleasure etc. Overall, really enjoyed this! Now, I'm looking forward to reading 'identity is just a narrative waiting for evidence' :) Also just wondering if you could have the option to convert to a pdf?

I happened to write my manifesto/anchor piece on Substack ~ last week, and then read this. It definitely landed for me! Thank you for writing this.

You've more than convinced me to embark on my own Career Manifesto :) your writings are always such a pleasure, whilst being powerfully self evoking. I'm pretty sure about re-visiting this space over and again...

Perhaps becoming unmissable isn't about convincing everyone to notice you. It's about becoming so unmistakably yourself that the people who resonate with your way of seeing the world would feel your absence if you disappeared. Attention is easy to buy. Recognition is much harder.
